Screams of thrill

My neck and shoulder muscles are sore from yesterdays's blasts. When I say blasts, I mean water blasts, courtesy of Jasminetea and R. It was my first time to visit a water park. I mean, I have been to small water slides but nothing like this. I really had a great time. The place is called "White Water" in Atlanta. It was packed with children, teenagers and of course some adults. Just imagine the tons of water they use to keep the place running. Since it was my first time I didn't hesitate to try any of the water rides. Little did I know I was about to experience the most horrific ride of my life. Well, horror comes in many forms, that's jus how i put it. It was the most adrenaline rush I've ever had, when we tried the "dragon's tail". As the name suggests, it looks like a dragon's tail. It was three layered slide and you just slide your body and you just slide down with a little bit of water running at your back but every time you jump to go to the next layer of the slide you flown up slightly airborne and that's the scariest part. Then at the bottom of the slides, you would just be poured on to a small pool. I was dropped to the bottom of the pool and I wasn't even aware of it, if I had put my head slightly up so I can see where I was going, I would have been more prepared. This was the scariest of all the rides so far and yet, we started with it. The second was the "tornado" which is almost like a humungus cone shape, we got on our tubes and we circled around then we dropped from a very steep point then we went bouncing from side to side going to the bottom and then we were finally dropped on to a pool. The drop off was the scariest part. It felt like my soul have been left behind for a second there. All the other tube rides have been pretty mild. I had a great time.

Jasminetea was hesitant to get into the rides and I can understand why. But finally she got in with us. We roamed around the park and rode as many as we wanted to until we finally decided to dress up and head on for dinner. They brought us to a Japanese steak and seafood place called "Ru San's" where we ordered 40 pieces of shrimp tempura and individual shares of sushi nigiri. Jasminetea talked me into trying the tuna, salmon and baby octopus. J ordered shrimp tempura rolled sushi and we all had a bowl of miso soup. It was tasty and filling. Since we didn't have enough time we said our goodbyes and we headed back to Macon. Overall, we had a great time and I want to give a shout out to Jasminetea and R over at Marrietta for their hospitality. Sorry, we came and dragged you all out when you were supposed to be working. Hope you all enjoyed our company too. Maybe we can plan things better the next time we get together.

====0000====
That was really scary. I was walking by the bridge just above the interstate and cars were just flying by. It was almost a dizzying spell while at the middle of the road, cars sweeping the road and the wind just blows right through with the jet like sweeping sound at every car that pass by.

I was able to walk home without the rain falling. I was just very lucky to get just on time for me to meet J by the elevator. I was in the shower when he called. I wasn't able to get his call. So, I just proceeded getting ready to go to the mall, but just as the elevator door open, there he was. I thought he decided to go ahead and have lunch somewhere since nobvody answered the phone. But we must have read each others mind. How is that for coincidence? I thought that was really cool, me going out of the door oblivious that he was on his way up and then we met. Just on time. had I gone a few minutes earlier, I would have missed him.

Anyway, we had lunch together at the mall food court. Then I decided he will just go ahead and go back to his training. I was left behind and roamed the mall. I didn't really find any good deals. I guess I got used to buying things at the outlet stores which are far cheaper than the prizes at the malls. I mean...I just couldn't buy anything if I don't think it's a good deal. I bought a Nike backpack though because it was I think a good deal. And I like the color, it's mauve,white and black. I thought I would keep it for a long time. It would be nice whenever we travel or if we go somewhere where we need some light packing.

Got to Believe in Magic

It's raining outside, I can hear the raindrops falling making this rythmic sounds. It has been a long week and I am so glad to be off from work and just stay home, sleep late and it's already three in the afternoon and I am still in my jammies. Still a little bit grimy since I haven't taken a shower yet. I just viewed "Got to Believe" by Rico Yan and Claudine Barreto and it was wonderful. It's a love story, about a young girl named Tony( Claudine), wedding fashion designer, who had been dreaming of her very own wedding. Watching the movie, makes me feel nostalgic. Anyway, I would like to share some lines from the movie that really makes sense to me.

"For a relationship to work,two people has to be independently happy with their lives but chosse to be together."

"Once you found forever, wala ka nang hahanapin pa."

"Love is saying goodbye to your fondest memories and saying hello to a nightmare."

When you are about to get married, do you think of forever? Many people would say, " I will love you forever." Sometimes I think they don't know the meaning of forever. I mean even during wedding ceremonies, they would say "Till death do us part." But how long would "forever" really lasts? I think it is just everybody's hope that a relationship would last that long. Very few people reaches the word forever. I, myself hopes for "forever" to last as long as forever in my marriage. Forever is almost an impossible to achieve, it takes a lot of work and determination to reach that point.

Love, perfect love is everyone's dream. How do you know when real love is there? It's still one of life's great mysteries. But I guess you'll know when it's there. It's a cosmic bond, it could be electrifying, it's magic. I guess, it's starts with a spark, but the fire should be there. And it's not just fire, it should burn, keep burning even in the dark. Ahhh love,it really brings a lot of magic to a persons life. You'll know when real love strikes you.It would be there glowing within you and you would shine. You will just feel it right there. There will be few wrong ones, but the real one will come along.

Life That is

You make believe that nothing is wrong until you're cryin'
You make believe life is so long until you're dyin'......
~Limp Bizkit

I had been busy the past few weeks, I even barely had enough sleep and pimples are starting to pop out on my face. I really hate looking at any bumps and red spots on my face. But it always happens whenever I don't have enough sleep. Sometimes I can't stand it and pop my zit right on my face. They are not so bad but I get irritated whenever I see pimples on my face. They go away after sometime though. But i need to take some anti-oxidants and enough rest. Yup, work that is. I am trying to keep my cool and just be patient about it until my days off. It hasn't been that bad, that's probably why I am still alive and kicking. But one really that is helping to keep my cool is that I have put my mind on it. I had decided to do....just do it until it's over. I did upset my boss about the schedule I gave him, so I had to change and redo to be able to be more flexible. And I know better not to argue with the boss. I know I can't always get what I want but I can try to meet his demands half-way. So, there you go.
